Message	o-ring for the adapter (inner not outer) stayed on after pressurizing the rail. I took the injector out while pressurized after one day and fuel shot out. I then checked the o-ring without the cap and the o-ring was still there. Even when it had the cap part of that o-ring budged out of the adapter cup hole.
